We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our HR team at Camino Healthcare.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and/or qualified in HR and have experience or knowledge within the health and social care field.
The successful applicant will work 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Oversee employee relations, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources
Assistant and oversee international recruitment maintaining Home Office Compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong supervisory skills
- CIPD
