HR Assistant (Part-time)
Key Responsibilities
Offer and Contract Management
Assist with preparing and issuing offer letters
Draft, organize, and archive employment contracts and HR-related documents
Attendance and Leave Management
Conduct monthly attendance tracking and updates
Organize, verify, and archive leave approval records
Employee Support Services
Prepare employment verification letters, accommodation support documents, and other employee-related paperwork
Assist with employee uniform-related matters and general support requests
HR Pack & Work Visa Documentation
Assist in preparing, organizing, and uploading work visa documents into the system
Maintain accuracy and completeness of employee files and records
General Administrative Support
Handle daily emails and correspondence
Support administrative documentation and information updates
Basic Data Analysis
Perform basic data collection, organization, and analysis as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited; HR, Business Administration, or related majors preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Able to arrange working hours flexibly according to team needs
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: 13/h
15 meal allowance on office working days
Opportunities for future full-time conversion based on performance and team needs

Ability to commute/relocate:
Uxbridge UB11 1FE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
