Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating staff
rotas
across 43 pharmacy locations
Managing
holiday approvals
and planning appropriate cover
Preparing and issuing contracts
for new hires
Supporting the
onboarding
process for new starters
Planning and coordinating
staff inductions
Monitoring
sickness absences
and
probation periods
Handling general
administrative tasks
related to HR and operations

What We're Looking For:
Someone
based in or near Stirling
, able to work
on site
Comfortable using
Excel, Word
, and general computer systems
Organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
A genuine interest in HR and team coordination
Enthusiastic and willing to adapt as the role develops
