Role Overview

The HR Business Partner role at Bestway Group is pivotal to our success. As an integral part of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in driving our people strategy and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Provide HR guidance and support to line managers on employee relations issues Oversee performance management and improvement systems Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate learning and development initiatives Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures Act as a point of contact for employees and provide guidance on HR-related queries

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role Degree in Human Resources or relevant field Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization HR certification (e.g. CIPD) is a plus
