As an HR Business Partner at Ipsos, you'll play an integral role in aligning our HR practices with business objectives. Join our dynamic UK and Ireland team and become a key player influencing strategic decisions, both from a people and commercial perspective. Work closely with senior leaders to foster a diverse and inclusive culture, lead significant HR projects, and contribute to our unique blend of global expertise and local insights. Strategic, forward-thinking professional with a knack for foreseeing workforce needs Experienced in business operations with a sound understanding of commercial levers Skilled in communication and stakeholder management Proficient in AI use and adoption Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented

Essential skills:



Strategic HR expertise and workforce planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills High proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision making Expertise in employment law and employee relations Coaching and leadership skills

Desirable skills:



Experience in a global or research-focused organization Familiarity with AI-driven HR solutions Capability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
