We're on the lookout for a commercially savvy

HR Business Partner

to join our team initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to moving permanent. Based at our Bedford site, you'll be a key ingredient in our operational team , supporting a busy manufacturing site where the pace is fast.

What you'll bring to the table:

Partnering with operational leaders to deliver strategic and hands-on HR support. Driving cultural change and embedding a coaching-led approach to people management. Supporting workforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline development. Leading on employee relations, policy development, and engagement initiatives. Championing our values and ensuring a consistent, human approach to employee relations.

Skills & Requirements

? What we knead from you:

Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a

manufacturing or operational setting

. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. A confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and coach at all levels. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and a passion for continuous professional development. A visible, hands-on partner who builds credibility both on the shop floor and in the boardroom.
