In an exciting time to join the HR Department at Bryanston, we have a superb opportunity for a talented and professional HR Business Partner to make a significant contribution to the School and be a key member of our enjoyable team dynamic in this true generalist role. This is an interesting and varied position which requires an experienced person to provide first-rate advice in all matters of best practice, focussing on supporting managers, employees, and the wider business to help us achieve our strategic goals. This job will ideally suit a passionate, CIPD qualified HR professional with a track record of delivering excellent customer service and being a trusted partner to their organisation. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of employment law and have specific experience managing a range of complex employee relations cases from start to finish, delivering good outcomes with commercial pragmatism, discretion and tact. You will be an excellent communicator and have a practised ability to win support, trust and build good working relationships quickly.
