Responsibilities as a HR Business Partner:



Serve as a people and culture partner to people managers in the UK, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources management. As part of HR business partnering team, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Work closely with the People Learning & Development Specialist to foster a culture of growth and development. Collaborate with management to identify talent needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Partner with the global TA team when required to support in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to drive employee development. Partner with people managers to address employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment. Assist in the development and execution of strategic workforce planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Support and enable the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) agenda of Vitalograph in the UK. Expert in ER matters, including the management of grievance, disciplinary and dignity at work matters and conducting workplace investigation where required. Implement organisational changes including promotions, role reporting lines, etc. Collaborate with payroll in ensuring accuracy of time and attendance records and implementation of salary/benefit changes. Custodian of health and wellbeing plans for Vitalograph in the UK to ensure a proactive approach and delivery of best possible outcomes. Ensuring all HR administrative records are updated and maintained. Weekly and monthly HR reporting. Analysis of HR data metrics to generate business insights. Continuously updating HR systems and analysing data to ensure accuracy. Any reasonable additional duties that may be assigned by the Senior Manager - Human Resources.

Requirements as a HR Business Partner:



3rd level degree (or above) in a HR or related discipline. CIPD qualification and membership is desirable. 4+ years HR experience at Business Partner/Generalist level within a multinational or large-scale corporate environment, preferably in medical devices/healthcare. Strong IT skills (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide detailed, insightful updates to colleagues and business partners. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Experience with talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Experience in managing redundancy and/or other relevant HR projects. Outstanding administrative & excellent time-management skills. Proactive, with a sense of urgency. Self-aware and an ability to learn quickly; desire for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act independently to resolve ambiguous situations. A professional and commercial approach to HR. Excellent inter-personal and coaching/mentoring skills. Exercises discretionary judgement and confidentiality in all HR related matters.
