We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave.
As a HR Business Partner, you'll develop and maintain a trust-based relationship with a fantastic group of dedicated Severn Trent Leaders. You'll do this by ensuring you take a real partnering approach to HR and demonstrating a passionate for supporting and challenging our people managers by giving pragmatic, commercially sound advice and championing continuous improvement.
You'll also collaborate effectively across central HR functions for the purpose of pace and agility in the key initiatives that are significant deliverables for the business area.
