At our Dartford site (CMT) our mission is to be the industry choice for high potent, high value API micronization. Today, we supply ~40 micronized product to a wide range of customers and patients\xe2\x80\x8b. We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Dartford site. The HRBP will play a key role as part of the Dartford Site Leadership Team. The role will provide direction, leadership and support to site customers in achieving their people strategy.

The Role:

• Provide pro-active day-to-day HR support to managers and employees on a range of issues including contractual terms and HR policies and processes.
• HR Project lead, working alongside the business to successfully implement and embed major site projects, where applicable including: Compensation and Benefits, Reporting and Data Management, Local and global metrics and best practise HR solutions.
• Drive and embed a culture of Performance Management through close partnership with internal customers on site.
• Lead on Performance Management cases, liaising with relevant parties such as Occupational Health and legal advisers to realise a positive outcome.
• Drive and embed engagement through the Employee Forum, improved communications and also through global engagement teams.
• Develop effective partnerships with functional teams identifying key tools and drivers to improve business capability and support business goals.
• Define and embed talent management across all functions, including succession planning to identify talent pipelines and any gaps within. Actively working with managers to continuously develop key talent within their teams.
• Drive and embed the concept of resource planning to enable all functions to more accurately predict and plan employee movements across the business.
• In partnership with managers, deliver organisational design projects to result on right-sized organisations with optimum spans of control.
• Lead on driving absence management across all functions to ensure absence management policies are closely adhered to and department absence is kept to a minimum.

The Candidate:

• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience in HR/Business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
• Strong experience of working at a HR Business Partner level.
• Ability to negotiate and influence.
• Act as a team player to support and develop colleagues within the HR function and across various departments.
• Ability to create, build and maintain relationships with key senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Proactive in getting things done and delivering on time in pressured situations.
• Ability to solve problems and identify workable positive solutions to allow the business to grow and move forward.
• Act as an agent/ambassador of change.
