Job Description
The HR Business Partner will provide hands-on, operational guidance across all HR matters while also contributing to strategic initiatives with the senior leadership team. This role will be based near Dorking, full time in the office.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Provide hands-on HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day matters
- Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Lead or support HR projects, policy implementation, and process improvements
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including senior and operational roles
- Coach and develop managers on people management skills
- Ensure HR processes and systems are compliant and efficient
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- CIPD level 5 or 7
- Skilled in employee relations, performance management, and talent management
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Able to balance operational delivery with contributing to strategic initiatives
- Hands-on, proactive, and flexible, with a passion for supporting people and business success
