HR Business Partner
to join our collaborative People Team and help shape the future of our business.

Your Role
In this proactive and varied role, you'll be a trusted partner to our branch and area managers, delivering high-quality HR advice and support that enables their teams to perform at their best.
You'll also play a hands-on role in:
Providing guidance and support across all employee lifecycle matters and employee relations cases
Developing recommendations and taking action to positively impact recruitment, development, engagement, performance and retention
Contributing to People projects and company-wide initiatives
Carrying out efficient and accurate HR administration

About You
You're an experienced HR generalist who has a passion for providing a high quality, proactive HR service. You're collaborative, commercially aware, solutions-focused and happy to take on the administrative side of HR as well as partnering.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
CIPD Level 5
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice as well as HR administration
Proven experience supporting and coaching business leaders in HR matters
Confidence handling employee relations cases
A proactive, collaborative and can-do approach with great interpersonal skills
