Position Summary:



This opportunity is ideal for a passionate and pragmatic HR professional looking to step into a generalist role, providing hands-on support to our Technology-based functions. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services, enhancing existing operations, and contributing to business success through the application of best practice people processes.

You will support leaders and colleagues across the UK, making a meaningful impact on the business, the HR community, and our systems and processes during a pivotal period.

Key Responsibilities / What You'll Achieve


Build effective working relationships to understand team needs and deliver practical, timely HR support that helps achieve business goals. Provide clear, consistent HR advice to leaders and colleagues, helping to resolve issues fairly and in line with employment law. Support recruitment, performance, and reward processes to ensure they are well-managed, inclusive, and aligned with business needs. Improve HR policies and practices by identifying opportunities for simplification and ensuring they are relevant and easy to apply. Take part in local and global HR projects, sharing insights and helping to deliver outcomes that benefit the wider organisation. Promote and support organisational initiatives such as Inclusion and Wellbeing, ensuring they are reflected in everyday practices.

Skills & Qualifications


Demonstrated expertise in generalist HR support, with experience in a commercial environment. Sound knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to apply it confidently in day-to-day and more complex ER situations. Proven experience managing HR activities and projects involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills, with ability of managing competing priorities effectively. Ability to analyse people-related data and present insights clearly to support decision-making. Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels. Comfort with HR systems and digital tools; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
