HR Business Partner (Part Time) - Glasgow




Are you ready to take full ownership of a strategic people agenda across two dynamic Ports? We're looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to lead the people plan for our Clydeport and Dublin cluster -- a role that offers autonomy, influence, and exposure to the full operation of the business.

Your role




As a key member of the leadership team, you'll shape and deliver the end-to-end people strategy for Clydeport and Dublin, coaching and supporting senior leaders to elevate organisational capability, performance and culture.



You will champion Group HR priorities while tailoring them to local needs, bringing best in class HR practices to life in this standalone role. You will work collaboratively as a trusted advisor to the team to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will mentor and develop an HR Advisor, fostering their growth and capability.



This is a high-impact, strategic position where your voice will be heard and your expertise valued. The role is available to work 4 days per week.

What you'll bring




You're already operating at HR Business Partner level and will bring:


Proven experience in strategic business partnering and stakeholder management; Confidence to influence and drive change; A strong grasp of Group HR frameworks and how to localise them effectively; Solid Trade Union experience -- essential for this role; A passion for leadership development and coaching.
