Requirements


The Role This role plays an essential part in supporting and driving HR programs forward within specific functions at Resolver while always ensuring they align with the Company\'s business objectives. It will also support and coach first line management with a focus on driving at an operational and tactical level, programmes to improve operational performance in the business. Employment and Advisory:
  • Provide HR expertise to first line managers on employee relations, development and coaching, and organisational development to first line managers
  • Manage and coach managers on a range of employment cases as required.
  • Design and maintain all associated employment policies to ensure compliance with legislation in all jurisdictions.
Program Development and Support:
  • Support in the delivery of HR programmes as required - this could include TUPE transfer, restructuring, outsourcing
  • Support the Head of People and Kroll colleagues in the delivery of a performance program that fosters both a positive culture and business results.
  • Contribute to the continual development of HR programs - talent management , succession, people planning, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Analyse and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.
Experience and Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching line managers in employment and performance matters in fast paced business
  • Excellent Employment Law understanding in the UK, hands-on experience of running a range of complex cases
  • Demonstrate change management experience. Restructure and TUPE, complex case management, partnering during change
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritise projects concurrently
  • Lead first line managers in assessment and diagnosis to turn problems solving into action.
Essential:
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum or equivalent
  • Significant employment case experience in large case team supporting and coaching line managers.
  • Experience of developing policies and processes in employment context.
  • Some experience of entry level business partnering to first line managers
  • Deep understanding on UK employment law and evidence of how this has been applied in a commercial context
  • Experience of supporting on all employment relations aspects of organisational Restructure, redundancy programmes, TUPE. leading on consultation process and collective practices in UK
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to manage Excel with a data analytics mindset.
