We are currently on the look out for a credible and relationship-driven HR Business Partner to join our People Team, supporting our regional offices across the North. Based in either Leeds or Sheffield, this hybrid role will see you working flexibly with regular travel across the region.

What the role involves...
You will be a trusted partner to leaders and managers across our regional offices, helping shape and deliver our people strategy. The role is varied and includes:
Leading and advising on complex employee relations cases.
Ensuring HR policies and practices are legally compliant and risk-aware.
Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, talent and succession.
Coaching and supporting managers to build their capability and confidence.
Using people data and insights to inform decisions and drive change.
Contributing to HR projects and local learning initiatives.
Who we are looking for...
The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience in a business-facing HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and risk management.
A proven track record of managing complex ER cases, ideally within a unionised setting.
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset.
We value flexibility and are open to applications from those seeking either full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) arrangements.
