Applications are invited for a Human Resources Business Partner. You will be a chartered member of the CIPD, with experience of working as a HRBP in a HEI or similar environment. You\'ll work collaboratively with senior managers across a portfolio of schools and professional services areas to deliver current and future business needs that align with the College\'s strategic aims; anticipating people implications of current and forthcoming change; steering the development and delivery of workforce plans and contributing expertise in complex cases across the full range of HR interventions. You will be required to be in our Kensington office 3 days per week.

HR Business Partners contribute deep insight of their partner schools/professional services areas to the activity of all functional areas of the HR team (Reward and Performance, Employee Experience, Employee Development, Strategic Workforce Planning and HR Operations) and support the implementation of new policies and practices. You\'ll have experience of consultation with trade unions, along with a working knowledge of employment law and UKVI regulations. With your excellent oral and written communication skills, you will have the ability to foster effective professional relationships and build credibility, trust and respect with senior managers, influencing and persuading when necessary.
