The role of HR Business Partner role is key to the excellent operational and strategic functionality of the Retail areas within Harrods. In this 12-month fixed term contract, you will drive and lead impactful initiatives for our Knightsbridge retail offering. About the Role As part of the HR business partnering team dedicated to our hugely important and commercially-driven Knightsbridge retail areas, you will report into the Senior Human Resources Business Partner. If your experience allows, you will manage 2 x Associate HR Business Partners, supporting them in the implementation of HR strategy throughout their specific client groups, whilst having ownership of your own. This role contributes to the successful embedding of corporate HR strategy initiatives, and you will partner the Retail Director to ensure local business requirements are accounted for in the design and delivery of such initiatives. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring that key cyclical people related activity such as Talent, Succession Planning and Reward Management are executed exceptionally. You will collaborate across the business to support and advise on strategic people matters, with a focus on enabling the business to perform successfully, balanced with professional challenge and identifying risk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is service focussed and who deeply cares about creating the best working environment for our people. About You You will be a commercially-driven HR business partner, having held a partnering capacity with senior management/director level within a retail environment. Ideally you will have experience in line management, and be driven by data insights and statistic interrogation, knowing how to translate these into actionable insights. We require experience from a mid-large retail business and you will have worked in a strategic business partnering role, bringing ER knowledge with you. CIPD qualified, you are a naturally curious person who stays on top of HR and people trends.
