We are currently recruiting for two HR Business Partners to help us deliver on this ambition:

HR Business Partner, Commercial and Operations:

this role will support the Commercial and Operations team, playing a key part in driving IWM's commercial growth.

HR Business Partner, Audiences & Public Engagement:

this role will partner with the Audiences & Public Engagement team, whose work connects audiences with IWM's extensive collections and stories of conflict.


As an HR Business Partner at IWM, you'll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing strategic people advice and guidance to drive meaningful change and organisational development. You'll lead on people-focused initiatives that align with IWM's priorities and goals, working collaboratively across departments to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.


Ideal candidates will be experienced HR professionals with strong track records of business partnering, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to provide expert guidance, coaching, and practical, solutions-focused support. You'll be proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.
