to support one of our valued clients in Central London and join our wider

HR Associate Bank

for upcoming projects.

services to join a fast-growing, innovative team delivering outsourced HR support across the healthcare sector.

Role Overview

You'll act as the key HR contact for a regulated service, providing strategic and operational HR support. Reporting into our Director of HR, and working closely with internal teams, you'll advise and coach clients on all HR and employee-related matters with autonomy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, customer-focused HR support across all people-related issues. Advise on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law, CQC standards, and best practice. Develop and implement compliant HR policies tailored to client needs. Share HR-related regulatory updates with clients via written and video communications. Promote clear, proactive communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement, high standards, and excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For

CIPD Level 5+ or 5+ years of HR experience. Experience in health & social care, with a strong understanding of CQC frameworks. Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle and provide expert ER advice. Solid knowledge of employment law in regulated environments. Confident communicator with strong influencing and decision-making skills. Committed to data confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Able to work independently with professionalism and attention to detail.
