We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated HR Business Partner with Health and Social Care experience to join our expert teams at Inspire Neurocare.

The HR Business Partner will provide specialist HR advice and support across our four Neurorehabilitation services acting as a main point of contact for Centre Managers and Senior Leaders. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will support and guide managers to handle people matters with confidence.
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role, supporting employee engagement and helping shape a supportive and positive workplace where our colleagues can thrive.
You will manage and support managers through challenging Employee Relation cases and ensuring that HR initiatives align with the organisation's goals of delivering outstanding person centred care.
This role will be primarily home-based, with regular visits to each of the four homes to be able to provide ongoing HR support and ensuring that the services operate smoothly and consistently against company and CQC standards. Your role in action:
You will partner with Managers and Leaders across the organisation to deliver strategic and Operational HR Support across all aspects of the People Journey.
You will Lead and advise on complex employee relation matters ensuring that along with Managers, outcomes are balanced, reliable and fully compliant.
Work with Managers on the end-to-end delivery of key processes including performance management, absence management and disciplinary/grievance matters.
Lead on HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and organisational culture across the four services.
Act as an ambassador for the People Function, building strong, credible relationships across the organisation.
We're looking for someone just like you to join our team
Your skills and strengths:
You must have proven HR experience, especially within a Healthcare, Social Care or regulated service environment with an understanding of sector-specific challenges.
You should be CIPD qualified; ideally level 7 but will consider level 5 with equivalent experience.
You will have proven experience of supporting managers with HR matters and providing guidance on policies, procedures and best practice - particularly in areas such as absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
You should have comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, with the ability to apply this guidance to support managers and ensure compliant, fair and effective people management.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience of partnering with managers to drive change at a Senior Level.
You must be resilient, pragmatic and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to work across different services while managing varied HR challenges.
