Reporting into the Senior HRBP you will be working as part of a HR team
A trusted HR Partner to your business area for all aspects of HR site based in Leeds
- Managing complex ER casework with confidence and professionalism
- Coaching, guiding, and upskilling managers to build capability
- Driving and supporting organisational change initiatives
- Building strong stakeholder relationships, working closely with day-to-day operations across all aspects of people
- Delivering the HR strategy in your business area
- Is currently operating as HR Business Partner in manufacturing, logistics, engineering or consultation
- Proven HR partnering experience in operational industries
- Strong ER knowledge and ability to handle complex cases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Salary up to 48k
- 4 days per week onsite, 1 day WFH
