Your role as an HR Business Partner will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture.



Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll support a diverse workforce made up of both blue- and white-collar employees across a range of people priorities. These include employee relations, performance management and employee engagement. You'll also play an active role in shaping and delivering key HR projects, ensuring they are aligned with wider business objectives. You'll also support with payroll activities.



As an experienced HR professional, you'll bring a solid understanding of employment law, sound judgement, and the ability to confidently challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels. You'll be adept at managing complex employee relations cases involving a broad employee base, coaching managers to handle people matters effectively, and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline ways of working. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret workforce data to inform practical, evidence-based solutions will be essential to your success in the role. You'll also have a CIPD qualification with experience in a simliar HR position.
