We are working with a global leader to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team in Newry. This is a permanent role with an excellent salary, benefits package and bonus structure. There is a hybrid working model.
The HR Business Partner will drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives, partnering with leadership to shape and deliver people strategies in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
Partner closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to implement and enhance HR strategies that support business objectives.
Lead key HR functions including:
Workforce planning,
Talent management
Employee relations
Performance management
Organisational development
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring HR practices align with company goals and culture.
Identify and address HR challenges and opportunities in response to evolving business needs.
What you will need to have for the HR Business Partner role:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
3-5 years of experience in HR or people management within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment, or a large-scale organization undergoing significant change and growth
Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, particularly at the senior leadership level.
Track record of problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic, evolving business settings.
Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
