Job Description
We are looking to strengthen our Anglian water team with a HR Business Parner. You will be based at our Peterborough office with hybrid working available This is a fixed term role for 13 months
Responsibilities will include:
Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that drive business outcomes
Lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent development and organisational design
Provide expert support on employee relations and complex HR challenges
Use data and insights to guide decisions and measure success
Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across all teams
Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in managing their people
Collaborate with Alliance partner organisations to co-create HR solutions and share best practice
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality and collaboration
