Are you an experienced senior HR professional seeking an HR Business Partner role that comes with the opportunity to work as part of a friendly and motivated team who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and shaping positive workplace culture?

We are a growing team and we are seeking a senior HR professional who can lead on supporting all levels of management with HR matters including: organisational change activities, employee relations, sickness management and reporting, employment law advice and recruitment.

You will have several years\' experience in HR/People Professional roles and demonstrable experience in building trusting working relationships with managers and provide effective advice on complex HR matters. You will be CIPD qualified level 5 and/or above. You will have extensive knowledge of HR systems. You must have stong proven ability to analyse data and present findings.

We are a close knit team who are social and enjoy working mainly from the office collaborating on a variety of projects. We are looking for a team player, willing to support with all aspects of HR in this truly generalist role. You will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Director to successfully achieve strategic objectives.
