Job Description

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business near Edinburgh, seeking an experienced

HR Business Partner

with a strong focus on talent management and workforce planning.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders and fellow HR professionals to influence people decisions beyond recruitment. The business already manages day-to-day hiring well what they're looking for is someone who can help shape capability, plan for future needs, and embed talent thinking across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:



Partner with managers and senior leaders to forecast and plan workforce needs Lead on capability planning, succession, and early careers development Drive talent management strategy across the employee lifecycle Provide strategic HR support aligned with business objectives Collaborate with other HR Business Partners to ensure a joined-up people strategy

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior talent/people strategy role Strong understanding of workforce planning and succession planning Comfortable influencing and advising senior stakeholders Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Experience working in complex or fast-paced business environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-42,000.00 per year
