CitySprint is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, managers, and colleagues to deliver our People Strategy and support functional people plans aligned to our goals and long-term vision.


About the Role



As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor and people expert within your assigned business areas. You'll challenge and support leaders to make people-centric decisions, driving a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that boosts colleague engagement and business performance.


Key Responsibilities:




Build strong partnerships across all levels, including senior leaders and managers. Translate People Strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. Provide expert advice and coaching on people management, including formal processes such as grievance and disciplinary procedures. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure the best outcomes for colleagues and business. Analyse and report on key people data, including absence, turnover, and exit trends. Lead performance and talent initiatives in partnership with the Talent Team. Support learning and development plans and solutions to enhance capability. Drive people-related activities such as performance management and colleague engagement. Champion colleague engagement and accountability for action plans based on survey feedback. Embed CitySprint's values and culture in all people initiatives.

What We're Looking For:




Proven HR Business Partner experience working closely with business leaders. Strong interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to translate strategy into practical, impactful actions. Data-driven with experience interpreting and presenting people metrics. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. Available to start immediately. This role will include travelling to locations within the UK
