As an

HR Business Partner

based in our

Warwick office (Hybrid)

. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Partnering with one of the Group's core business divisions, you'll collaborate directly with its MD and leadership team to craft and deliver a people strategy that fuels organisational performance and cultural excellence. Leading and influencing initiatives across workforce planning, organisational design, recognition and reward frameworks, and learning and development--aligning people priorities with evolving business goals. Interpreting data across key HR metrics--including attrition, absence trends, recruitment performance, ER caseloads, and compensation movement--to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating across the business unit by shaping colleague engagement strategies, including surveys, forums, and feedback mechanisms.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with regular travel across the UK as and when required, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

And here's what we'd like you to have:



Previous HR Business Partner experience in a complex, multi-site business. Skilled at influencing and building trust with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful business change. Proven experience of developing and managing change programmes across a business, especially complex organisation design and people changes. Broad HR experience across Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Culture Development, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Recognition Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.
