We are looking for a detail-oriented

HR Business Partner

for the UK Market to support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations while fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and knowledgeable in the UK labor law.

Qualifications:

HR experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor law in the UK. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals. Act as a point of contact for employees, providing HR-related support. Assist in the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and hiring. Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Address employee queries and direct them to the appropriate department when needed. Support conflict resolution and handle employee concerns professionally. Assist in performance management by tracking progress and supporting reviews. Help coordinate training and development programs for employees. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor law. Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
