Job Description

As People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering our People & Culture strategy. Reporting into the Head of People, you will act as a strategic advisor and partner to managers across the business, with a focus on employee performance, and development. You will support talent acquisition, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, and ensure an excellent employee experience across the full lifecycle.

You will primarily partner with one of our Hubs of Excellence but collaborate cross-functionally across teams in the UK and EMEA regions. You will champion Mindtools' culture and values to help us maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Day to day we will trust you to



Partner with leaders to deliver a People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives.

Use people data and insights to identify organisational trends and inform decisions.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and performance management.

Support and advise on organisational design, restructures, and succession planning.

Manage absence and leave processes, ensuring accuracy in HiBob and proactive support for managers.

Lead and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Oversee the onboarding of freelancers and contractors in line with IR35 legislation.

Deliver and enhance our performance management cycle, including coaching managers and calibration processes.

Lead the annual salary and bonus review process, including external benchmarking.

Process payroll for UK teams in partnership with external bureaus.

Manage employee benefits across the UK and EMEA, including pensions, health cover, and life assurance.

Act as a key contributor to organisational change initiatives.

Support on company-wide programmes and projects that drive culture and engagement.

Maintain and update People policies, handbooks, and internal guidance.

Coordinate employee communications and support the organisation of company events.

Ensure compliance training is completed and recorded; support wider L&D initiatives.

Successful delivery of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Accuracy and compliance in payroll, benefits administration, and recordkeeping.

Completion of key projects and change initiatives on time and within scope.

Effective collaboration and communication across teams and regions.

You will need to have



Essential Skills & Knowledge



Proven HR/People Business Partner experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments.

Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and experience supporting EMEA regions.

Ability to influence, coach, and build trust with senior leaders and people managers.

Experience managing ER cases, restructures, and performance issues with professionalism.

Skilled in data analysis and using people metrics to drive business outcomes.

Strong project and change management skills.

Payroll and benefits administration experience (UK essential; EMEA beneficial).

High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HiBob and Trello highly advantageous.

High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge



CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).

Experience in a global HR environment.

Familiarity with IR35 and contractor onboarding best practices.

Understanding of compensation benchmarking and job evaluation frameworks.

Experience delivering L&D or compliance training programmes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 55,000.00 per year
