Our growth journey continues - and we are looking for an exceptional Change Manager with strong project management experience to work with us transitioning and embedding a new venture into our client. We\'re looking for someone who will thrive within a face-paced business, is commercially minded and able to demonstrate real agility in balancing the differing demands of a growing company.

Reporting into the People Partner for the Product line, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a key role within our clients recently acquired organisation, The new acquisition will support it\'s integration into our clients for a period of six months. You will have experience in knowing what best practice looks like and have worked within a growing company to achieve this.

With a focus on leading the people planning, implementation and tracking of all people change activity, we\'re looking for an exceptionally organised, hands-on project management to drive and own this transformation project across our teams. You\'ll bring together multiple change initiatives across the project into a single change journey. In addition, you will be able to turn detailed plans into a single, high level plan and approach and be comfortable in leading with stakeholders and across different teams.

This person will have experience successfully managing a range of projects within timeframe and scope and be comfortable dealing with complex initiatives. Have great interpersonal skills and be able to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the success and performance of the People Team.

About the role:

Using your HR and change expertise, energy and business acumen to establish a trusted partnership with key stakeholders. Managing expectations on delivery and pushing back where appropriate.

Working with various teams across our client to steer, implement & deliver change management plans for people & culture change projects related to the integration of the new acquisition.

Integration projects include areas such as culture, values & mission, engagement, payroll, benefits, HR systems, HR processes & policies, L&D, recruitment, office/branding, ways of working & training.

Manage all aspects of change \xe2\x80\x93 analysis, plan, implementation, communication and other associated change considerations.

Using an established project management methodology to ensure effective governance.

Capturing data and defining and measuring success metrics.

Working with the multiple projects working groups representing the People team.

Delving into project detail whilst retaining a top line view of timelines.

Experience in the finance and/or tech industries an advantage.
