HR Communications and Projects Specialist
  • Manchester City Centre

  • Up to \xc2\xa355k per annum
Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to partner with global Technology Services Consultancy in sourcing an L&D Specialist to join them on a permanent basis due to a recent merger and growth of the Manchester office. The purpose of this role is to own, develop and create content for HR communities across the world, publishing articles and presentations within the portal. Providing training to this global audience on how to utilise the portal, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also create and own project management toolkits, ensuring that the HR function has sight of timelines and accountability of completing high workload in a fast paced environment. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in the following;
  • Previously used Confluence or Atlassian to a \xe2\x80\x98super user\xe2\x80\x99 level
  • Best practice project management techniques, Prince 2 or equivalent
  • Detail orientated and the ability to manage multiple tasks/objects at any one time
  • The ability to build strong relationships across large geographic areas
  • The ability to influence and manage change
