An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Arun Integrated Care PCN, a Primary Care Network formed of 3 GP practices with a population of approximately 35,000 patients, as an HR & Compliance Manager.
We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated manager to work across the three practices, working with effectively with practice management and with PCN employed and sub-contracted staff.
Duties
Accountability for core HR systems, processes and routines within the PCN including:
Recruitment
Absence recording and management
Learning and development
Appraisals
Managing performance or misconduct concerns
Managing staff grievances
Support management colleagues with matters relating to leadership, people management, development, well-being and organisational change.
Build effective working relationships with PCN team members and Practice HR & Management Teams involving meeting with both on a weekly basis.
Monitor compliance with information governance and internal health and safety systems / processes where required
Advise senior management on updates or matters of concern relating to HR / health and safety
Support the PCN Manager in reviewing and updating PCN policies and procedures relating to HR, health and safety and information governance
Monitor / update core systems and tasks for effective organisational governance, including
Administer and maintain IT systems and databases
Provide senior management with key organisational performance information as required
Requirements
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
HR qualification equivalent to CIPD level 5 or higher
Full UK driving licence
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour
