HR Consultant
to join our growing team.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering strategic and operational HR support that truly makes a difference. From handling complex employee relations issues to designing onboarding processes, creating people plans, and leading culture change projects - no two days will be the same.

What you'll be doing
Acting as a trusted HR partner to multiple clients across different sectors
Advising on a wide range of people matters including performance, absence, wellbeing and employee relations
Leading and supporting people projects - restructures, culture reviews, onboarding frameworks, performance processes, training delivery and more
Developing bespoke people strategies and plans to support business growth
Coaching managers to lead their teams effectively and confidently
Interpreting HR data to guide decisions and influence positive outcomes
Ensuring compliance and best practice across employment law and HR policy
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an HR Consultant, Business Partner or Senior Advisor role
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing sensitive situations
Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
Able to manage multiple clients and projects at once
CIPD Level 5 (or Level 3 with significant experience)
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Experience in a consultancy or multi-client environment is a bonus - but not essential if you're adaptable, proactive and love variety

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
