Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Consultant to join and develop our small team on a part time basis.

This role is vital in supporting our HR functions and ensuring seamless management of employee data and HR systems. As an HR Consultant at CentriCity Brokers Ltd, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of client service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HR information systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Provide expert advice on human resources policies and procedures. Develop robust development systems with skills matrix and training. Support & develop recruitment processes. Collaborate with various departments to improve HR processes. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

Qualifications

CIPD essential

Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, ATS, or PeopleSoft. Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A professional attitude with attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 30,344.70-39,573.65 per year
