HR Consultant - Flexible, Impactful, and People-Focused
Location:
Hybrid (Home/Telford Office) with regular travel across Shropshire, Wrexham & Chester, and Mid Wales

As an HR Consultant, you'll be a trusted adviser to business leaders--guiding them on everything from employment law and policies to employee relations and organisational change. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own workload, while also being part of a collaborative and experienced team that values professional growth and knowledge sharing.
What you'll be doing:
Providing hands-on HR advice and guidance to clients across a variety of sectors
Helping shape HR strategy and policy, with a strong focus on compliance and best practice
Coaching managers through people issues and supporting wider business change
Building trusted relationships with clients and helping grow the business
Keeping your knowledge fresh and sharp with CPD opportunities and support
What we're looking for:
CIPD Level 3 (minimum) and solid HR generalist experience (3+ years)
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR practices
Confident communicator and relationship-builder who can influence and advise
Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and eager to keep learning
Flexible and happy to travel to client sites when needed
