Job Description

Our

HR Co-Ordinator

provides administrative and first-line advisory support across the full employee lifecycle, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes, including performance management, learning and development, and offboarding. Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, you'll maintain accurate records, support HR initiatives, and help foster a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace culture.

You should be

CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards it) with previous HR administration experience, ideally in a creative or fastpaced environment. Highly organised and attentive to detail, you'll bring strong communication skills, discretion, and professionalism. You'll be confident using Excel, Microsoft Office, and tools such as Canva or Adobe, with a solid understanding of HR systems and analytics.

Experience within the theatre, arts, or entertainment sectors, familiarity with union agreements such as Equity or BECTU, and knowledge of complex contractual arrangements or HR system migrations would be an advantage.
