6-month Fixed Term Contract.



We are looking for a meticulous individualto join Talbots as an HR Data Administrator for a full time 6-month contract position. To be successful, you will need at least 12 months experience within a data administration role in a professional setting.

As an HR Data Administrator, you will be responsible in supporting the administration of the HR and recruitment function in line as part of the Company's transition to a new HRIS, assisting with the consolidation and destruction of existing applicant and employee data, using internal systems in an efficient, compliant, accurate and timely manner.

What the job involves:



Scanning and saving correspondence with applicants, current and past employees. Digital filing including the compilation, consolidation, and destruction of applicant and employee files. General HR system administration, including the creating of applicant records. Creating new documents and databased from templates, and standardising existing documents into standard format.

What you need:



At least 12 months experience of data administration with working competency of confidentiality, data protection and GDPR. Proficient in computer systems including, MS Word, Excel, Outlook & internet browsers. Capable of working to deadlines and prioritise workload with strong administrative, planning and organisation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, sensitivity, professionalism, tact and diplomacy along with exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Pay: From 24,043.09 per year
