HR Director

, youll sit on our UK leadership team and be a strategic partner to the UK MD. Youll bring fresh thinking, challenge constructively, and help shape a business thats agile, performance-driven and people-first.


Were looking for someone whos as comfortable in the boardroom as they are rolling up their sleeves to modernise operations, coach leaders, and lead meaningful change.

What Youll Do:

Shape and deliver a forward-looking People Plan that supports growth and capability Lead a high-performing HR team and model great leadership across the business Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders advising, challenging, facilitating Modernise people operations, systems and processes to improve employee experience Lead on culture, OD, onboarding redesign, leadership development and more Champion continuous improvement, accountability and innovation
