Job Summary: Kiwa UK is on the lookout for an exceptional HR Director to help drive the growth and development of our dynamic, multi-site organisation. Reporting directly to the UK CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role, guiding the HR function with strategic vision, championing our people and culture, and enabling the business to thrive sustainably and profitably. If you're passionate about impactful leadership and making a difference at the highest level, this could be your next big move. This is a remote role with travel nationally and internationally. Do you have what it takes?:
CIPD Level 7 qualified, or possesses equivalent experience operating at HR Director level within complex business environments Demonstrates extensive experience leading and developing a diverse and multi-skilled HR team Has a strong track record of working within a strategic HR Business Partnering model, aligning HR delivery with business goals Experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions, with the ability to lead HR due diligence, manage risk, and ensure cultural and organisational alignment post-integration Has worked in a global setting, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders across international regions Confident and skilled in coaching and influencing senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor at the leadership table Acts as a credible ambassador for the HR function, championing its value and role in delivering strategic outcomes Open-minded and agile, able to lead effectively through continuous change and business transformation Demonstrates a strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and governance, ensuring best practice and legal integrity Brings data-driven decision-making capabilities, using analytics and insights to inform HR strategy and measure impact Committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture that values wellbeing, employee experience, and personal growth Demonstrates commercial awareness with the ability to align HR initiatives with wider business strategy and performance Proven experience in implementing, optimising, or managing a global HRIS/HCM, ensuring systems effectively support strategic workforce planning, data integrity, and reporting Strong understanding of how to leverage HRIS/ HCM platforms to drive automation, improve employee experience, and enhance decision-making through real-time analytics
