Here's why you'll be great in this role...

Proven experience in a Senior HR leadership role within a fast paced, high growth and ideally PE environment

You must hold a CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience

Strong generalist HR knowledge with deep expertise in organisational development

Experience leading through growth, change and scaling challenges

Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
