HR Executive
Working with a growing SME in North Bristol you will play a key role in the business by providing HR and associated business support to the Senior Leadership Team. The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the organisation's human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role ensures that HR policies and practices align with business objectives while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Core Tasks & Responsibilities
Maintain employee records & HR documentation.
General HR admin duties.
Maintain & implement HR policies, processes & employee handbook.
Handle employee relations & disciplinaries.
Ensure compliance across the business with UK HR Legislation.
Supporting performance processes (1:1's & Appraisals) for the senior leadership team.
Co-ordinate with our external HR consultant when appropriate.
Admin support for Recruitment & onboarding including attending interviews where appropriate.
Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
CIPD Level 3
Strong Admin Skills.
Strong communicator & able to manage difficult conversations.
Discreet & able to manage confidential or sensitive information.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, and generally digitally proficient.
Strong organisational skills.
Team player & ability to manage line managers on HR.
This is a part-time position 25 hours per week hours 09:30 - 14:30 Monday - Friday (flexible on start and finish times)
Salary 30k+ DOE (pro-rata)
