Key Responsibilities
HR Administration:
Manage employee lifecycle admin (onboarding, changes, leavers)
Draft and prepare contracts, offer letters, and other formal HR documents
Track and manage absences, holidays, and other leave
Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records and systems
Provide clear, confident HR advice to managers, based on up-to-date employment law and internal policy
Support processes related to performance, discipline, and termination (including appropriate documentation)
PA Support to CEO:
Assist with diary management and meeting coordination
Draft formal correspondence and handle general admin tasks
Help organise internal communications and company events
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in an HR support or HR admin role (ideally in a professional services environment)
Good working knowledge of UK employment law and ability to apply it in a practical, confident way
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support wherever needed
