HR Executive

Role Overview
As our HR Executive, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy. This is a varied and hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle--from recruitment and onboarding to training, engagement, and retention. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a positive culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting our teams to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:
Support day-to-day HR functions including policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Employee Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for current staff, helping drive engagement, wellbeing, and positive employee experiences.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training initiatives and track staff development plans to support continuous learning and career progression.
Records & Reporting:
Maintain accurate employee records and produce HR reports as required.
HR Projects:
Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives and process improvements across the business.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a generalist HR role (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
Familiarity with employment law and HR policies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards) is desirable
