The Opportunity
We're looking for an organised, reliable, and people-focused
Business and HR Administrator
to support our growing team and help drive the smooth operation of both our internal HR processes and day-to-day business functions.

position ideal for someone with excellent admin skills, a good eye for detail, and a passion for making systems and people thrive together. You don't need to have all the answers--we'll support and train the right person--but you should have the drive to learn and the initiative to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Team Support
Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation for new staff, contractors, and volunteers
Maintain and update personnel records securely and confidentially
Assist with staff scheduling, rota planning, and internal communications
Coordinate employee check-ins, reviews, and development plans
Help implement and track HR policies, wellbeing initiatives, and benefits
Business Administration
Manage general admin tasks including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and internal reports
Use
Google Workspace
,
Excel
, and our internal CRM (WIX-based) to track data and performance
Assist in preparing reports, funding documentation, and compliance-related paperwork
Monitor inboxes and provide prompt, professional responses to external partners and stakeholders
Project & Centre Support
Help coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and employer events
Liaise with trainers, learners, and local authorities to support centre operations
Occasionally attend events and community outreach sessions at

Recruitment & Community Engagement (Optional/As Needed)
Support job posting, candidate tracking, and shortlisting for internal recruitment
Assist in maintaining referral and volunteer pipelines for our learner/employer partnerships
Represent Azalea Academy professionally via email, phone, and in-person events
