We are hiring an HR Executive / HR Recruiter for our Hazratganj office. The role involves end-to-end recruitment along with basic HR operations. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a strong career in HR
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
End-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
Posting jobs on portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
Calling and following up with candidates
Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases
HR Operations:
Employee on boarding and documentation
Maintaining HR records and employee files
Assisting in attendance and leave management
Supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Coordinating with management on HR requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: MBA (HR or any specialisation)
Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
Location Preference: Lucknow candidates only
Skills Required:
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15,000.00-18,000.00 per month
