Greystone Legal is a small and highly specialised practice of employment lawyers who pride ourselves on building strong, long-term relationships with clients. We are now looking to expand our service offering by welcoming an experienced HR professional into our team.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely alongside expert employment solicitors, offering joined-up, commercially focused HR and legal advice to employers.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality, practical HR support and guidance to employer clients
Advising on matters including employee relations, restructures, disciplinary and grievance processes, absence management, performance issues and general HR policy
Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies and HR procedures
Keeping clients informed and updated on changes to employment law and HR practice
Working alongside our solicitors to provide seamless legal-HR advice
Building long-term relationships with clients
What We're Looking For:
CIPD-qualified (Level 5 or above) with significant experience in a senior HR role
A strong understanding of UK employment law and how it applies in practice
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A commercial mindset with the ability to tailor advice to different business needs
A collaborative, can-do attitude and a desire to contribute to a growing practice
Confident, personable and able to build trust with clients
