As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an HR Administration & Business Support Officer to support our HR, Finance, and Management teams in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Finance Support
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and maintain employee files
Track employee holidays, visa renewals, and HR compliance documentation
Support recruitment processes, performance reviews, and internal HR communications
Assist with
m
onthly accounts reconciliation
Support pension reconciliation and related administration
Communication & Marketing
Update company websites and manage social media content
Draft internal communications, company updates, and project highlights
Support event coordination and preparation of company presentations
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain organised and accurate digital records for contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation
Support internal audits and compliance processes
Executive & Business Support
Draft professional correspondence and summaries on behalf of senior management
Coordinate cross-department communication and follow up on key action points
Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in HR administration, office administration, or business support
French-speaking preferred (written and verbal)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Professional communication skills and discretion
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
