From
recruitment, onboarding, and payroll admin
to
employee relations, engagement initiatives, and projects
- you'll be doing it all. If you love variety, have a "just get it done" attitude, and want to shape how things work (not just follow what's already there), this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
Fixing and improving
the basics - trackers, templates, onboarding, systems, and processes
Owning the employee journey
- from hire to exit, and everything in between
Advising and guiding
on day-to-day HR queries, disciplinaries, and grievances
Driving recruitment
- job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding
Helping us stay compliant
- contracts, policy updates, audits, and documentation
Getting involved in projects
- engagement, training, performance, and process improvement

What You'll Need:
Solid HR experience across admin, ER, recruitment, and compliance
Confidence managing challenging conversations and ER cases
Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g. Moorepay, SAP, Workday)
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or studying)
A self-starter attitude - ready to roll your sleeves up and make things happen
